The team presented the project to the Urban Design Commission on October 27th.Β They presented 3 options, and the UDC gave them directions to revise them.
The team presented an updated design to the UDC on November 23rd.Β They presented 2 options.
The team presented their final design to the UDC on December 22nd.
The UDC provided its official recommendation on March 10th.

The Planning Board continued discussing at the public hearing on November 18th and approved the proposal.
The lot went on the market with Keller Williams Realty in June.
